This firm are different to many other City firms - they are known for the unique work and client base they have within the public sector. They have very good work-life balance and because of their year on year growth they can offer very good prospects with this role. There is the prospect here of Partnership as the department is currently expanding. The firm are ranked in the Top 200 and they have a number of offices nationally. The firm deal with both private and public sector and deal with local authority, central government and the NHS. The firm have a strong Clinical Negligence team which services many different NHS authorities, they have unrivalled expertise and have worked with the NHS for many years. The firm in London are now over 20 strong and continuing to grow.
You will be joining a friendly, dynamic and supportive team. Many of the Lawyers within the department are known nationally for the work that they do. The department is also ranked highly in the Legal 500 for the Clinical Negligence work that they do.
You will have a strong background in defendant Clinical Negligence work. You should ideally have 3-7 years PQE of handling your own caseload. Applications will still be considered from candidates with a claimant background. Where many firms are trying to move PI out of London, this firm continues to be growing naturally. Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of PQE, you will also be enrolled onto the firms bonus structure and benefits package.
