An established and modern legal 500 Private Practice with a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team having acted successfully on numerous high profile cases often on difficult and complex disputes. The team has a broad range of commercial experience across the team, with a particular focus on Corporate/commercial, Shareholder and partnership, Professional negligence, Intellectual property, Commercial Property, Breach of confidence, restraint of trade and restrictive covenant disputes, Risk management, Construction and Sports law.

The Southampton office, due to business growth and expansion, now require an experience Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2yrs+ PQE gained through dealing with Property matters.

You should be confident and sompetent in drafting court documents such as pleadings, witness statements, statements of costs, cost schedules and orders, property notices under sections 25-27 and 40 LTA 1954, section 146 notices, section 8 notices, section 21 notices, and TIWGA notice. The ability to produce concise communications of advice and correspondence to opponents and third parties.

Your existing expertise should ideally include contested and uncontested business lease renewals,Dilapidations claims, Possession claims, Service charge claims Easement and restrictive covenants, Proprietary estoppel claims, Injunctions, Party Wall Act disputes and Enfranchisement.

You will benefit from joining an already successful dispute resolution team, playing an active part in contributing to its development and success in further business development.
