This is a rare opportunity for a Charities Solicitor to join a well-known, multi-service, legal practice in Reading.
The firm are leaders in the niche Charities sector and widely recognised as being one of the go to law firms nationally for this specialist area of work.
The role will be to join the Charities and Commercial team at their Reading office. The role really is varied and interesting dealing with charity governance, the formation of new charities and other social enterprise vehicles, trading structures, commercial partnerships and charity litigation including the Charity Tribunal. Their clients include: both local and national charities; not for profit organisations; leading universities, colleges and schools; charitable trusts; social enterprises and philanthropists.
You will be joining an expanding department with the chance to work alongside leading individuals in the sector.
The ideal candidate should have some exposure to charities or education work at a strong firm.
