Legal Manager

A national property business with offices throughout the UK is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to manage their In-house legal team.

Due to ongoing growth. this well established business has a management position available that would suit a Lawyer with experience in Real Estate and Development. The role would be perfect for someone with over 4 years PQE, and ideally some management experience. Salary is dependent on experience, although in the region of £50k (+ bonus & benefits).

Working alongside and reporting into the existing Legal Manager, this role will involve overseeing and managing the work of a team of residential conveyancers and plot sales and real estate lawyers throughout the UK. Based from their office in Wolverhampton, but with teams based nationwide, you will be responsible for managing performance whilst also handling escalated, complex, or high-value matters.

Applications are invited from Lawyers with backgrounds in Commercial Property and Real Estate (and ideally some plot sales and residential development) with more than 4 years PQE. Management experience would be advantageous, in addition to some experience working In-house. Candidates from a wider Commercial Property background will be considered.
