Your new firm
Our client is a truly prominent player in the legal sector, with offices around the UK. They have a rare opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join their Bristol office within the Real Estate team.

Your new role
In this role you can expect to deal with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including residential purchasing, lease extensions, enfranchisement claims and assisting with title reviews and site acquisitions. You will also be working within the corporate and investment team in both Bristol and London offices. This network will deliver a great platform to propel your career to new heights. You can expect a strong team ethic and plenty of support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess extensive legal knowledge surrounding property law and at least 5 years practical conveyancing experience. A willingness to learn and take on new work is essential, in addition to this you must be able to form close working relationships with colleagues from all backgrounds. The firm puts emphasis on the need for attention to detail as the work conducted will need to be executed to the highest levels of accuracy.
