Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

A reputable Suffolk based private practice are looking to secure a locum Commercial Property Lawyer. The role is to start imminently and will last for the duration of August. There is a chance of further extension.

Covering a full commercial property caseload, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, portfolio acquisitions, section 106 agreements, developments, commercial leases and licences.

The successful candidate must be able to work without supervision and be able to demonstrate a full working knowledge of the above commercial property matters.

Secretarial support will be available to the successful candidate. The firm do not, however, use a case management system.

The firm are based a 10 minute walk from a main line train station and there is also parking available on site.
