Multi Track PI Fee Earner

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading West Yorkshire Practice for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join the Claimant Serious Injury team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high value caseload of mainly RTA matters. Prior experience of running a caseload of multi track serious injury matters is essential as you will be picking up an existing caseload.

Responsibilities include;

- Analysis of evidence, research of legal issues on liability, causation and quantim

- Regular communication and face to face meetings with clinets

- Instructing and meeting with multi disciplinary experts

- Drafting documents including statements, pleadings and schedules of loss

- Securing interim payments and arranging rehabilitation treatment

- Optimising clients settlements

You will also have experience of working using a task based case management system.

The firm are ideally seeking a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, although applications from non qualified fee earners with the requisite experience will be considered.
