New opportunity for c1-2yrPQE Solicitor in Insolvency litigation to join one of the largest practices in the region. Achieving tier 1 status, this team is highly rated across Yorkshire.

The firm advises lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors and other stakeholders on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters. Hence, you will have a broad and varied diet of work but the focus will be contentious matters and broader commercial litigation in your background will be beneficial.

Working closely with the support of 2 experienced partners, 3 associates and 3 paralegals, you will be expected to work as part of the team but also carry your own caseload.

The successful candidate will be keen to join in with marketing events, to develop their own relationships with clients and and to take advantage of the further training this firm will afford you.
