Our client is a well-known, commercial law firm with offices across the country, and is now looking to expand its residential development offering in Leeds to support the growing needs of the team's clients.

The successful solicitor will work alongside other members of the team dealing mainly with acquisition work from key clients, including many of the UK's top housebuilders, PLC builders, developers and promoters.

Solicitors with previous development experience would be able to run their own caseload with a relatively large degree of autonomy, with the knowledge that support from more experienced colleagues is always on offer.
Residential Development experience, while beneficial, is not necessary, however appropriate property experience is required. More important to the firm than exact PQE levels is an individual who can demonstrate the relevant knowledge, passion and skills needed for the role.
