A Commercial Property Solicitor/ILEX with between NQ -2 Years PQE is being sought by a firm in Northampton.

The firm has been around for many years and has built up an excellent reputation for themselves in the Northamptonshire area. The extremely well regarded for the quality of the service that they provide and have a loyal client base of returning clients as well as a steady flow of work from clients that have come from recommendations and as a result of their reputation in the market.

The commercial property team deals with the full range of commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and development matters. The successful candidate will have the support of an experienced team to enable them to develop in this specialist area but will be an important part of the team right from day 1 due to the team size, so your contribution will be noticed and appreciated.

This role would suit a junior solicitor with around NQ-2 years PQE who are looking to specialise in commercial property but has a background or is looking to work in a smaller, high street type practice. It is also likely that you will have the opportunity to also work on general commercial type work.

The salary will be based on experience and there will be other benefits such as bonus schemes and generous annual leave entitlement.
