A reputable Legal 500 firm based in Shrewsbury is currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive.

Operating for over 50 years within the Shropshire and Herefordshire regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

You will be handling a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion including sale/purchase, right to buy, transfer of equity, re-mortgage and shared ownership for leasehold and freehold properties.

Ideally, you'll be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work and achieving set targets.

Applications are invited from experienced Conveyancers with a minimum of 4 years handling their own caseload.
