Locum Education Lawyer

Venn group's specialist Public Sector Legal team are excited to be recruiting for an Education Solicitor to join a large, traditional Local Authority Legal team, based in the East Midlands

Applications are welcome from Qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Legal Executives with previous experience working within a Local Authority. The client is seeking to secure a candidate on a full-time basis, however part-time options will also be considered.

The ideal candidate must be confident handling a full caseload of Education Law matters with specific experience handling SEN Tribunal work.

The position is ideally to start in September for an initial period of 3 months with a potential for extension dependent on work load. The client can offer 1-2 days homeworking and an attractive rate of £35-45 per hour dependent on experience. Admin support is available for this role.
