The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join this growing, exciting and highly innovative firm based in their Cambridge office.

The Real Estate Finance department specifically houses Finance and Banking lawyers who are specialists in Real Estate Finance. The firm does not take on Real Estate Lawyers looking to practice Real Estate Finance. This level of expertise really has put them ahead of the curve, the quality of work is industry leading. The department acts for; Lenders, Financial Institutions, Funds, Sponsors, Developers, and Borrowers. The department deals with re-financing. You will have real autonomy to meet with clients and get very involved in business development.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Commercial Disputes Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit to the level of experience)
• They are looking for even the most experienced of Lawyers.
• You will be dealing with an excellent quality of work, on par, with top City firms
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience
