Real Estate Paralegal sought for a leading 100 practice in central London.

The Role
A great opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading 100 practice in Central London has now arisen. Assisting fee earners on a variety of matters, you will be enthusiastic with good academics and handle your workload with minimum supervision.

Duties will include:
• Drafting legal documents
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Use of case management systems
• Submitting and reviewing searches
• File management
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Preparing court documents
• Use of Microsoft Office Applications

The Candidate
• Paralegal with previous experience in a Real Estate department;
• Have a Law degree and have attained or in the process of completing the LPC;
• Excellent client care and communication skills;
• Good time management skills, handling your workload with minimum supervision;
• Work well in a team and on own initiative.
