They deal with a very quality of work throughout the firm, and on the Commercial Property side, they have recently handled work on-par to much larger London firms involving a few of London's most iconic buildings including the Shard. They have 60 members of staff between 3 offices in Middlesex and Berkshire. This practice has been established for over 100 years, and they have an unprecedented staff retention rate with most having been with the firm for over ten years, it is the type of company where people tend to stay until retirement.

The Role

The firm are looking to recruit a Commercial litigation solicitor to join their Twickenham, London office.

You will work on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious commercial litigation matters focusing on work driven from property department. You will be part of the dispute resolution team undertaking commercial duties such as Shareholder disputes, Professional negligence, Commercial property disputes, breach of confidence, Restraint of trade, Restrictive, along with property litigation involving landlord & tenant, Land development.
Typical clients are entrepreneurial organisations who need a personal, flexible service coupled with astute commercial advice.

You will run your own caseload with a good level of support and be involved in marketing and networking to develop the department and solidify relationships with existing clients. You will be part of a small and friendly team in a local and established firm that has modern offices and a forward-looking corporate philosophy. You will also work alongside the Partner on more complex matters.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• The ability to prioritise your workload effectively
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• This role comes with prospects of progression
• You will have excellent IT skills
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience although at market rate and comes with excellent benefits.
