THE FIRM:
Our client is a full service national law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an proactive newly qualified construction lawyer to join a successful team dealing with a mix of contentious and non-contentious issues under the standard forms of building and engineering contract as well as bespoke forms of contract and tortious claims.
This role will also involve advising on building contracts, collateral warranties to parent company guarantees including insurance, development agreements and issues related to the construction and development process.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a newly qualified construction lawyer with strong academics (2:1 degree or above) with experience gained from a well-regarded London, regional or national law firm .
You will demonstrate sound knowledge of construction law ideally a mix of contentious and/or non-contentious, gained during your training contract.
This role offers an excellent chance for career progression within a growing and fast paced team for an individual possessing excellent communication and organisational skills.
