Job Details
Our reputable and respected client are recruiting a Costs Draftsperson to join the Dispute Resolution team in Manchester to get involved in high quality work.
Working alongside the Head of Costs, you will be managing your own caseload of files and will be responsible for the costs drafting and the negotiation of bills of costs. You will also be drafting such statements of costs, costs budgeting and then, of course, the costs management and advising Fee Earners and/or Partners.
For this Costs Draftsperson role, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Costs Draftsperson is essential, and experience within the Commercial Litigation sector is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a client focussed attitude
- Ability to commute to the Manchester office on a daily basis
