If you are a Property & Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is looking for the next step up in their career, the fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Property & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a long established, Legal 500 firm in Colchester, Essex.

The firm have a strong Litigation Team and are highly regarded for their work, so the successful individual must be experienced in dealing with a wide variety of contentious matters, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, commercial disputes and agricultural disputes. Experience or exposure in IP work would be advantageous but not essential.

You must be a confident advocate and will have represented clients at the County Courts, High Court and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
