One of the region's most well regarded and renowned firms have an opening within their Residential Conveyancing department for an ambitious and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join the busy team!
 
The large Conveyancing team have had much success over recent years and with an ever growing client base now have the need for an additional fee earner! You'll be given your own portfolio of Conveyancing matters which you'll see through the full process, including Sales & Purchase, Leasehold & Fee Hold, Shared ownership, right to buy and new build property transactions.

You'll have a minimum of 12 months experience handling Conveyancing transactions and be able to hit the ground running with a new caseload.
 
You should have experience in property conveyancing in a fee earning capacity. Previous experience in dealing with both clients and agents is essential. Also connections to the area would be advantagous.
