This Legal 500 Bristol based law firm is rapidly expanding, resulting in its need to add an ambitious corporate solicitor 2 PQE + to its current team.
You will be responsible for high calibre corporate transactions for a wide range of the firm’s clients including PLCs, family businesses, charities and education providers. You will be exposed to a caseload of high value big ticket transactions to include M&A, joint ventures and share sales from the day you start.
You will have:
- Previous experience within corporate law
- Previous experience with handling your own caseload.
- Have the ability and drive to assist with the firm's business development
- Previously assisted with the development of the more junior member of the team.
