Real Estate Solicitor
A smart, commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an ambitious, Birmingham City Centre based Legal 500 law firm. Applications are invited from high flying Real Estate Solicitors with at least NQ - 8 years experiencing managing broad real estate matters on behalf individual entrepreneurs, SME's, OMB's and larger business. Salary is upwards of £42,500 + with lots of scope for progression.
An award winning, Legal 500 ranked regional law firm my client is continuing to make key hires as it looks to gain market share across its services for business and the individual.
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will join a specialist multidisciplinary real estate team that advises on investment and development across commercial, retail, residential and mixed use real estate, with a strong inward investment practice. On a day to day basis Solicitors will be involved with the drafting of leases, acquisitions, development work and advise on a broad range of matters. Expect stimulating work generated by broad client base of ambitious and really interesting clients with business interests at home and abroad.
