Job Details
This established Somerset based firm are expanding their corporate offering and looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join one of their Somerset offices.
In this role you will enjoy a broad variety of work including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a varied range of agreements including partnership/shareholders, agency, distribution and loans
- Changes to Company Constitutions
- Drafting Terms and Conditions
- Sales and purchases (both share and assets)
- Debentures
- Director guarantees
- Commercial contracts
- Franchises
- Joint ventures
- Company refinancing
You will work alongside the wider commercial team, and have autonomy to make your own decisions based on your expert knowledge. You should enjoy this autonomy.
For their size this firm have some excellent clients already, and with your expert help, will continue to grow the department.
This will suit a solicitor working within a larger firm in Bristol, but living in Somerset and looking to reduce your commute.
You will still receive an excellent salary and good quality work along with feeling like a valued employee, rather than billing machine!
