Job Details

Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Barnsley are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their established Residential Conveyancing department.

The ideal candidate will ideally have 4+ years' experience of running a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. The firm will consider candidates from a range of qualification backgrounds including; qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers and qualified by experience.

This role to take over an existing caseload of a very able fee earner who is relocating out of the area. You will be supported by a 2-3 year PQE Solicitor as well as 2 experienced Conveyancing Secretary's. The head of department is very active and supportive as and when there may be any needs, however the ideal candidate would want to take responsibility for their own caseload and manage their own time.

The firm pride themselves on the quality of work that they undertake in Residential Conveyancing. A large amount of the caseload is from recommendations from clients and local brand awareness. They do not actively promote being held to contracts by estate agents to turn files around in a set time frame. They offer the highest quality of service, as such; it's important for you to have a strong customer focus including excellent communication skills.
