A superb opportunity has risen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly reputable Employment team who are modern, forward thinking and offer high levels of expertise and service to individuals, businesses and their owners.

You will be joining one of the most successful and largest employment law teams in Essex, with a track record of representing employees and employers in Employment Tribunals all over the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a full and varied caseload to cover the full range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters to both corporate and individual clients.
  • Experience in dealing with:-
  • Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Redundancies
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • TUPE
  • Contracts of Employment, handbooks and policies
  • Previous advocacy experience is an advantage as is the desire to represent in the Employment Tribunal.

    • Requirements:

    • You will have 4+ years pqe although more junior applicants will be considered who have the ability to learn quickly whilst training
    • You will have strong client development and networking skills
    • You will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
    • You will be confident
    • You will be self-motivated
