Job Details
The Property Litigation team is of substantial calibre, consistently ranked highly, in the law directories and recognised as a serious property litigation team that holds unparalleled experience and competence, nationally. The team acts for public and private sector clients, with particular specialisms in the energy, retail, rail and transport and energy sectors.
Working within a close-knit supportive team and led by a highly-regarded Managing Partner, the Property Litigation Solicitor will be advising a fantastic mix of clients on a wide range of significant contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.
The chosen Property Litigation Solicitor will be a newly qualified lawyer who's had exposure to quality litigation work during your training contract from a large regional or city firm, or a property litigation lawyer with circa one or two years' experience in any of the above.
