Job Details
A well established and respected firm in Northampton are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join the team.
The successful candidate will be able to show at least 2 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases development, and property finance matters. Experience of dealing with high value residential property matters would be an advantage. The role would suit those looking for good quality work in more of a high street type law firm rather than large commercial firms.
Working alongside other members of the commercial team you will become the main point of contact for commercial property matters within the team. There will be excellent progression prospects right for ambitious lawyers looking to progress their careers into senior positions. This is a great chance to play a big part in the future success of the department at well established and successful firm.
The salary will be dependent on experience.
