The role

This Top 200 firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside a renowned team, ranked highly in the Legal 500, based in their Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire office.

You will be dealing with a high-quality caseload, dealing with a variety of commercial property work, advising on and drafting new leases and lease renewals. The firm have a broad client base making for a more interesting role, they work with entrepreneurs, sports stars, celebrities, senior executives, SMEs, right up to multi national companies.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with a firm that really cares about their staff.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1 - 3 years PQE
• Sound commercial property experience with a recognised commercial property practice
• Strong ambition for career development
• Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm
• Salary is above market rate and dependant on experience plus an excellent benefit package and bonus structure
