This Chambers ranked, Legal 500 firm with offices in Kent and London are now looking to recruit a further NQ-2 PQE commercial property solicitor to join their dynamic and highly regarded team.

Based at their East Kent office you will be expected to work in a time affective manner under minimal supervision whilst providing advice on a diverse range of commercial property transactions. This will include commercial sales & purchases, landlord and tenant matters, transfers & leases, property development for landowners & developers and real estate finance.
They are interested in candidates with an outstanding background in commercial property and who have sat a solid seat during their training contract with a large regional or city practice. He/she must show a keen interest in business development and assist in marketing events for the firm whilst working in line with SRA protocol and Lexcel standards.
