Criminal Paralegal - This highly regarded criminal practice located on the North Kent/ South East London border are looking for a criminal defence case worker to join their busy team.

You will be assisting on a broad based criminal caseload, running files from beginning to end; therefore previous knowledge of criminal law and an understanding of criminal proceedings are essential. You should have knowledge of how a criminal case runs, the types of hearings and be able to take statements, deal with court attendance notes, visit clients in prison and by videolink and speak with clients, counsel and courts by telephone.  

He /she will need at least 6 months previous experience in criminal law and ideally; either studying for the LPC or already completed it.
