Job Details
Private Client Solicitor
A private client lawyer is required to join a Surrey private practice as part of their private client team. The private client solicitor will have a minimum 4 + years experience and will be required to deal with trusts - drafting, operation and taxation of trusts; have good understanding of CGT and income tax, particularly as they apply to trusts; draft Wills including; administer estates; and possess some experience in Court of Protection work desirable. The successful private client solicitor will likely be STEP qualified. Salary dependent upon experience.
