Job Details
International Law firm with an excellent reputation have a requirement for a real estate solicitor to join the team.
Working within one of the strongest teams in the UK, you will be acting for a range of clients including major developers, investors, local authorities and funders on multi-million pound development work.
The successful candidate will have over 2 years post-qualification experience of handling a variety of high value and complex investment, development and asset management transactions and be able to demonstrate their familiarity with and understanding of the issues they typically generate and the solutions required, as well as excellent project management and service delivery skills, operating in a quick turn around environment.
Please note you must be a UK qualified solicitor and have demonstrable connections to the North West region.
