The Role

This firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 1+ years PQE to join their incredibly successful operation in Bath, Somerset.

In this post you will gain particular specialisation in licensed property (public houses, hotels, restaurants), petrol filling stations, developments, airport facilities, sales and acquisitions, leases and structuring of finance and environmental aspects of such transactions, including portfolios of stations, public houses, acting for significant brewers and nationwide companies; property development for owner managed companies, site assembly through to build and sale advising on all aspects of the transactions, property finance for owner managed businesses and their assets including their SIPP property.

The successful candidate is assumed to have had the relevant experience and must have an ability to work with minimal supervision on more simple transactions although clearly guidance is available from more senior members within the Business Property Team.
