Post Completions Conveyancing Assistant

A reputable firm based just outside of Liverpool city centre are looking for a Post Completions conveyancing assistant to join the established team. You should ideally have at least 2 years experience within the Conveyancing practice area and should be familiar with the Land Registry and dealing with clients via phone/email.

Within this role, you will be situated within the Post completions team and will be dealing with clients via phone/in person, dealing with the land registry and making applications to facilitate registration of legal title, prepare stamp duty, responding to questions raised by Land registry or 3rd parties and any ad hoc duties required by the solicitor.

This role will provide you with a broad exposure to the conveyancing process and you will understand the post completion process and any complex matters in further detail. You should be used to working within a busy and thriving team environment and will ideally have experience with case management systems.
