A leading commercial firm, who are Legal 500 recommended, are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their busy and successful department.
The ideal candidate will be a technically strong Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE), who has solid experience dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions, including commercial purchases and sales, business leases, acquisition and disposal of development sites, land development and commercial lease extensions. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be acting for a range of business clients from blue chip to SME’s, so experience dealing with a varied clientele is important.
A good, commercial acumen and interest in business development is vital, as the firm want someone who is dedicated to developing new client relationships.
