The Role

The firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Chelmsford office.

The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work acting across many industry sectors including; Retail, Construction, Recruitment, Banks, OMB, SME and some National companies. You will work directly alongside a Partner dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work for both claimants and respondents.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE
• The department is growing and as such this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
• You should be keen to learn and develop and have a real passion for employment law
• Strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail are essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, although up to £45k, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
