COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 3+ NEWCASTLE

Our national and highly regarded client is looking for an Commercial Contracts 3+PQE lawyer to join their Newcastle office which acts for an impressive client base including plcs.

They are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to undertake a full range of IT, IP contracts including purchase and supply agreements, agency and distribution agreements, collaboration agreements, terms and conditions of trading and general commercial contracts. This collegiate and focussed team operates both nationally and internationally within a range of sectors from manufacturing, to chemicals, telecoms to transport, and works with offshore business and supply chain clients.

The role will involve working closely alongside a Partner within this close knit team and there will be early exposure to Industry clients. Therefore suitable applicants should have a good level of experience within a Commercial/IT setting, ideally gained with a Top 100 firm be that in the City or the regions, or possibly gained in-house. Previous experience of Commercial Contracts work is a requirement.

A substantial role for a commercial solicitor 3+PQE looking to work in a highly regarded firm in Newcastle with an international reach.
