The role

Are you a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join an expert practice located in Ipswich?

Working closely with the Partners you will be dealing with a wide range of conveyancing duties that will include; Freehold sales and purchases, Commercial leases - acting either for landlord or tenant, Lease renewals, Lease terminations, Sale and purchase of businesses, Easements, Property investments, Options, Overage agreements, Conditional planning contracts, Portfolio purchases

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
• Salary is very competitive and above market rate, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
