Paralegal/Legal Executive Wanted
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a paralegal in a District Council based in Essex. This is a temporary and ongoing position.
The successful candidate will be undertaking very interesting work relating to debt collection, as well as right to buy work.
You must have experience working with debt recovery/collection. Previous right to buy experience is desirable, but not essential. The client will consider candidates with either a public or private sector background.

The day to day duties of the paralegal role will include, but are not limited to:

• Straight forward debt collection work
• Carrying out simple property transactions, for example, right to buy sales
• Securing council tax liability orders
• General support work for the legal office

This position would be ideal for a committed and dedicated paralegal who is looking to challenge themselves within a local authority. The rates offered are competitive and a great opportunity to work in an innovative Council.
