THE FIRM

A highly regarded national firm which is currently in expansion mode.

THE ROLE

Due to rapid growth in the Commercial practice as a result of exciting new client wins, the team is looking to recruit several lawyers across its national network of regional offices.

These are full time opportunities, however applications from those requiring a flexible working pattern will be considered.

Representing an impressive range of FTSE 250 clients on high-profile, business-critical transactions and regulatory matters, you will join a team which plays a vital role in helping clients remove obstacles to growth and success.

The team comprises specialists in commercial, IT, IP, data protection and competition and is one of the largest and most successful of its type.

ABOUT YOU

With at least 3pqe you'll be handling a wide spectrum of work from negotiating large outsourcing deals to drafting smaller supply contracts and everything in between for an enviable client base of household names in a wide variety of sectors such as chemicals, manufacturing, telecoms, retail and financial institutions.

Your commercial experience may have gained from a large commercial law firm in the City or regions or from having worked in house, and is likely to have covered all or some of the following:

Commercial contracts

IT services agreements

Software licensing

Cloud outsourcing arrangements,

Internet and ecommerce issues and/or data protection.
