Top 50 Law Firm with nationwide offices and an international reputation are seeking a litigation assistant/fee earner to join their Health & Safety team in central London.

The Health and Safety team sits within the Liability Division of the firm and is one of the leaders in the field. The team have exceptional experience in work related criminal investigations regarding workplace accidents and investigations.

The role will involve working on criminal regulatory matters within Health & Safety to include defending regulatory, manslaughter and corporate manslaughter prosecutions as well as inquests and public enquiries.

The successful candidate will already need to have gained 6-12 months experience in a similar regulatory role.
