Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner required by regional law firm with multiple offices. This regarded legal 500 is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer able to take over a full caseload of matters relating to sale and purchase transactions including HNW clients. Hands on role with an excellent support network and client interaction. Established law firm regarded within the legal 500 is seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancer able to take on board a full caseload within a supportive environment. Excellent salary on offer
The role will involve taking over an existing caseload from a senior member of the team consisting of all manner of residential conveyancing transactions including: sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land and specialist transactions including deed of variation, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced fee earner with solicitor or FILEx status able to manage a small team and play a key role in developing business further including marketing.
