My client is a full-service commercial law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. The firm have an established Corporate Commercial team based in Newcastle and they are looking to add a Commercial Lawyer due to continued growth.

In this role you will be involved in a variety of interesting and challenging commercial deals working for well-known high street names and technology-based businesses. The firm are looking for an ambitious lawyer to join the team working a case-load of commercial contracts, data protection, software licensing, IT services agreements and ecommerce issues. The role will also work closely with the Corporate team when needed.

The firm typically work with high value clients with good budgets, so you can expect a varied mix of commercial work. The firm are looking for a lawyer with circa 2+ years commercial experience. On offer is a competitive package, development opportunities and genuine long-term career prospects.
