Job Details
We are currently recruiting for an NQ Solicitor to work within a corporate and commercial team in an award winning and highly rated law firm that enjoys London quality work.
You will be part of a growing team which advises a broad range of clients. A substantial amount of the team's work is international. You will undertake a broad mix of corporate work; acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
You will be NQ+ with corporate experience and have a good background in transactional work and be able to demonstrate both working as part of a team on large transactions and managing smaller transactions.
