Commercial Lawyer - Southampton - £Competitive Salary
Your new company
You will be working for one of the leading law firms in the south with a global presence, while representing a range of FTSE 250 clients assisting on removing obstacles for growth and success. The team contains specialists in commercial, IT, IP, Data protection and competition.
Your new role
You will find yourself completing a wade range of work such as negotiating outsourcing deals to completing smaller supply contracts and everything else that your client may need assistance with. You will be working with clients from a variety of sectors such as chemicals, manufacturing, finance and retail.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will ideally be an experienced lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in commercial law. However an NQ who has completed a seat in commercial law will be just as strong. You will need excellent drafting and communication skills as well as the ability to build long lasting client relationships.
