Job Details
My client a leading regional firm is now looking for a junior construction solicitor to join its award winning team based in Kent.
The firm has an office in London as well as a number of regional offices and has a strong reputation for providing exceptional client service across all practice areas evidenced by its high rankings in Chambers and the Legal 500.
Solicitors at NQ-2PQE level are now being considered to join the firms medium sized construction team to assist with a non-contentious caseload. You will be providing advice on methods of procurement, standard form building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties. You will also be getting involved with large scale one off projects for a range of clients including shopping centres, institutional investors and local authorities.
This is an opportunity to work closely with experts in a niche field gaining hands on experience dealing with high value and complex work.
