Corporate Associate

Location: Central London

PQE: 3-6 years PQE

Contract: Permanent

I am representing a Top 200 law firm that are based in the centre of London that has a requirement for a Corporate Associate between 3-6 years PQE. Our client is undergoing a period of growth due to success in the department and due to the volumes of work they require an additional Associate. Salary negotiable depending on previous background, PQE level and experience, this includes a good benefits and bonus package.

This opportunity will suit an Associate level candidate that is looking to step into a highly rated corporate team the covers a wide range of corporate transactional and strategic advisory matters. Although such a reputable firm and department they class themselves as a small firm with a big firm mentality. They have a fantastic reputation in market place within the varied areas of law they cover.

The role is interesting but to be a successful member of this team you must be someone that is adaptable in a variety of matters to enable yourself to be a key business member to clients. The department has a focus on areas such as financial services, technology, natural resources, fintech, real estate and fashion in particular. I am looking for a candidate that has experience within AIM or Main Market transactions. This is not hugely essential but candidates with this experience will hold a strong advantage of securing the role. The department act for public companies at all stages, this will expose the Corporate Associate to the financial transactions within the Main Market and AIM and also the mergers and acquisitions that involve both public and private.
