Corporate / Commercial Paralegal

Corporate/Commercial Paralegal or NQ Solicitor.

A small but dynamic and truly stand out firm in Shropshire is looking for a corporate/commercial paralegal leading to a training contact or a newly qualified corporate/commercial solicitor to work alongside the managing partner.

This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal to qualify or for a newly qualified solicitor looking to get their hands on fantastic quality work outside of the city centre.

You will work closely alongside the managing partner on all commercial matters to include but not limited to business sales, setting up businesses and social enterprises/charities, company secretarial work, drafting commercial contracts, research and report drafting. This is a really fantastic way to learn hands on alongside a highly experienced solicitor in a firm that is committed to develop you into a first class solicitor.

To be considered for this corporate/commercial paralegal or newly qualified solicitor role, you must have at least six months experience of working in a commercial department touching upon some of the above mentioned. You must have a fantastic academic track record and an ability and desire to network and business develop.
