Residential Property Solicitor

This role would be the perfect springboard to Partnership for a candidate perhaps in a top-heavy team seeking a route to Partnership, or perhaps a Partner looking for a lateral move. You will head up this department out of the Camberwell, London office. however working extremely close with the Partners across the firms' other offices.

The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join this growing, exciting and highly innovative firm based in their Camberwell, London office.

You will head up the Residential Property department in the Ongar office, but will work closely with the Partners across the firms' other offices which includes the West End.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a good proportion of which is high-value and more bespoke Conveyancing work acting for HNW individuals. You will work alongside a Partner dealing with a broad and varied caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

This role comes with good prospects for progression including Partnership, if you are perhaps a top-heavy team seeking a route for career progression, and possibly even equity.

The role

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• You should be commercially minded and able to spot opportunities where perhaps others may not
• You should have had good business development experience
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structure which allows you to earn a lucrative % of all work introduced.
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
