Our client is a Top 50 law firm with an enviable reputation for its client base which is both regional and national, and which includes household names in the education, energy, banking and chemical sectors.

They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor at 4yrsPQE+ to join their Newcastle office to work in a close-knit team undertaking a wide range of property matters from acquisitions and disposals, through development work and asset management work for investors, to corporate support. The team is extremely busy and the successful candidate will be able to get stuck in to great quality commercial property work right from the outset.

Suitable candidates will have good quality experience ideally gained with a recognised commercial firm, and will benefit from a high degree of client contact from the start. Coupled with this knowledge and approach they want someone genuinely committed to a career in the North East, and so this required essential combination of ability and commitment means that the firm is prepared to be objective to assess candidates on their own merits and across a range of PQE levels - they know that it is a tough recruitment market and they are committed to making an appointment.
