An established, Legal 500 firm with a presence across Essex and Suffolk, are keen to hire a Planning & Development Solicitor into highly-regarded and specialist Planning & Development team based in Braintree, Essex.
The firm are looking for an ambitious, Planning & Development Solicitor who has experience in planning, development and Local Government work, including section 106 Agreements, enforcement notices, listed buildings orders, planning applications and planning permissions. The firm act on behalf of Local Planning Authorities, regional developers, land owners and private individuals, so experience dealing with a similar clientele would be advantageous.
Although the firm has well-built client relationships, staff are encouraged to take part in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
